Shipping and Returns

Shipping

 All packages are shipped via Fed Ex unless another option is requested (additional fees may apply). Due to the nature of our products, we cannot combine items to help with shipping costs.

 If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us before you purchase the item so we can confirm that it will arrive in time. Many of our products are handcrafted to order and generally take 2-3 weeks to ship, be sure to check the individual listing for specific lead times for that item. Any furniture item takes at least 4 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges 

Crafted of Light and Lumber sells only the finest products. If you are unhappy with your order, contact us so that we can send you a return label, please send back your unused product within 14 days in it's original packaging for a full refund of the product price. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please contact us within 14 days if you did not receive the correct product for an exchange or a full refund. We package all of our items professionally, but we understand that during transit, your item(s), may not be properly handled and arrived damaged.  If that is the case, contact us immediately.  We will ask for photos of the damaged product and of the shipping box.

A note about shipping wooden products: wood is a natural material that is subject to warping and cracking due to extreme heat or cold. On rare occasion, If a package is left outside in the sun or cold the wood may crack. If this happens, please send us a picture (a phone picture will do) and we will send you a replacement product. 

Custom orders and engraved items are non-returnable unless they are incorrect.
